Garren Pedemonte
I focus my practice exclusively on criminal defense, including DUI defense, domestic violence crimes, drug crimes, and property crimes. My expertise are in the areas of jury trials, motion practice, and negotiations. I represent people that have been charged with crimes in Jackson, Josephine, and Klamath Counties.
Prior to forming my own law firm I worked more than a thousand cases at the public defenders office in both Jackson and Josephine Counties. My trial experiences at the public defenders office allowed me to sharpen my trial skills, and it has made me confident in my ability to help you and your case.
Throughout my career I have tried nearly 100 cases to a jury; including dozens of DUI’s, domestic violence crimes, serious assault cases, and murder trials. In many of these cases I have obtained not guilty verdicts for my clients. In addition, I have successfully argued hundreds of motions and sentencing hearings to a judge. I know many of the judges and prosecutors very well in Jackson and Josephine Counties.
I am a life-long Oregonian. I was born and raised in Gaston, OR, population 640. I inherited a dedicated and passionate work ethic from my parents and my brother, whom I remain close with. Throughout high school I participated in football and basketball. Before attending law school at Santa Clara University, I earned my college degree from the University of Oregon in Eugene. In addition to practicing law, I am a passionate golfer and home cook, I read often, and I enjoy spending my evenings with my wife and my children.

Jessica Pedemonte
I specialize my legal practice in the area of family law, including divorces, child custody, child and spousal support, and division of assets. I have focused my career almost exclusively on family law since 2011. I have helped more than a thousand clients with domestic relation and family law issues during my career. I appear regularly in court in Jackson County and I know the judges and the local legal system very well.
I was born and raised in Southern Oregon. I am a graduate of Eagle Point High School. My parents and two brothers still live in Southern Oregon as well. Throughout high school I participated in athletics as well as student leadership.
After high school I earned both my undergraduate and law degree from the University of Oregon. Go Ducks! When not in the office or courtroom you can find me on the sideline cheering on one of my children at their various activities. I also enjoy spending my time with my family and friends, as well as exercising, and planning our next family adventure throughout the world.
